SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE
Being away from home for a while never felt more relaxing. I don’t have to hear the people walking on every corner of the streets and be in a fast paced environment. I’ve always enjoyed the window seat and after looking out, the sky never felt more blue and the clouds never felt more clear.
Afternoon drives around the beach were such a vibe. The trip around the water and the sidewalks were much cleaner than back home. Even on a cloudy and rainy day, it was really nice to appreciate nature. Enjoy the smallest moments in life.
You can never go wrong with soba noodles on a cold night. Though it was a small restaurant, the ambiance never felt more cozy. It was such an enjoyable night at the bar. On the dinner menu, we tried salmon with marinated coffee. It was the weirdest combination ever so we had to give it a go. After all judgement, it became one of my favorite appetizers. With some warm sake, soba noodles, and an appetizer full of bomb flavors really made the highlight of our night at a local restaurant.
Next stop, we made it to one of the finest restaurants all around Seattle. Wined and dined again…it was an eventful night with friends together. I discovered this place when my sister told me there is another sister restaurant out here besides New York where she currently works at inside Nordstrom at 5th Avenue.
